The project consists of a wind farm in the small island of Agios Georgios south of Attika mainland, which is connected to the PPC Mainland Power Transmission System (Lavrion Substation) via a step-up GIS substation 20/150 KV installed on St. George island, and a 150kV submarine cable interconnecting the island's substation to the bus bars of 150kV Lavrion substation.

Cablel awarded Assodivers with a subcontract for the installation and protection of the submarine cable system. Additionally, ASDG scope of work included the cable transportation to the site, cable pull-in in Lavrion and St. George joint bays and the cable landfall protection from the shore line up to 30m w.d.

Lavrio - St George Interconnection were completed in the 4th quarter of 2015
